Sophie is 39 years old and has written her own biography called "Sophie’s Story: My 20-Year Battle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome" which tells her complete IBS story in an honest, open manner and tackles some of the many misperceptions about IBS, including the myth that it is “all in your head."
